Heir protection
Once half is paid, your heir gets the plot without the remaining installments.
- A plot can be booked by more than one person or in joint names.
- Booking money is only Tk 20,000 per katha.
- The down payment is 30% of the total price.
- Pay the down payment within 30 days of booking.
- If the down payment is not paid, the booking money is forfeited.
- After booking, the rest can be paid in up to 72 monthly installments.
- Monthly installments are due between the 1st and the 15th of each month.
- If three installments in a row are missed, the booking is cancelled.
- If a buyer cancels, a 20% service charge is deducted.
Heir protection. If a buyer passes away after paying 50% of the price in installments, the remaining installments are waived and the plot is registered to their legal heir.
